My boyfriend and I lallalala love bcd tofu house!! We frequent coming here because the food is that good and tasty! We order the teriyaki chicken or the spicy chicken plate. You can opt to make it a combo and it will come with a soup as well. You can choose the type of soup you want, there are many options, and can also elect the spicy level. It can get busy on certain nights and wait can be up to an hour! Yes, this place is that good. They also give you several Korean side dishes such as kimchi, spicy pickled cucumbers, a small fried fish, other veggies, and also a potato salad mix. They often come around while you're eating and ask if you want refills on these side dishes which come with your meal. Make sure you try the house tea! It is yummy on a cold night and is sure to warm you up fast. Tip: if you come during lunch hour you get a better deal on the combo!

Went on a Sunday afternoon a little after lunch and it was mostly empty. Ordered their Hot Stone Bulgogi Bibimbap, and the dish came out sizzled to perfection! Such generous portions and great for sharing with family/friends. I liked the screen dividers for privacy and the drawer under each table that had extra napkins and wipes in them so you didn't have to bug the waiter for more.

3.5 stars, rounding up. Back in the days, Cho Dang was the go to spot with my family, and the first restaurant that my brother actually liked. I was very upset to learn that they changed owner and the taste was no longer the same, so I've been hesitant about trying them again. Well, I finally got the chance to. There's definitely been a lot of changes, like no more free coffee and ice cream. BUT! The banchan here is still great. I thought it was funny they just gave us the packaged seaweed though. As for the soondubu, I tried the intestine soft tofu soup (extra spicy) this time. I loved the intestines - super soft. The soup itself was wayyyyyyy too salty though. It didn't feel that spicy to me. Maybe medium? I wonder if the "extra spice" made it saltier? Flavor wise, it was pretty good, but I couldn't finish the soup due to its saltiness. My bf said the salt level was perfect for him though. Overall, my craving was satisfied but the soup did not hit the spot.
